In California it is illegal to manufacture, sell, or possess ghost guns, un-serialized firearms and parts. California criminalizes anyone facilitating unlawful firearm manufacturing. The laws require  background checks for precursor parts sales. Unless you are a federally licensed firearms manufacturer, you cannot legally sell or transfer your self-manufactured firearm. All standalone firearm barrels and certain loose parts must be sold through a California-licensed FFL. Sales also require identity and age verification, along with a signed acknowledgment of the legal implications. We will continue to sell to California and Virginia  licensed firearm dealers - but no citizen sales.

Virginia's 2026 gun laws include a new assault weapons and magazine ban effective July 1, 2026, which prohibits the future sale, manufacture, and transfer of certain semi-automatic firearms and magazines holding more than 15 rounds.
